Scriveiner Classic Midnight Blue Rollerball Pen

The refills skip and don't last long. Sometimes I think they are shipped 1/2 full. I can't not recommend the pen unless a different refill is available and I own two of these.

Outstanding quality in every regard. Smooth line, heavy weight, easy snap cap, heavy pocket clip beautiful, deep blue metallic finish.

Let me start by saying that customer service is 5 star here at Scrivener. I needed them for a problem and they sent me a new pen when I had already been refunded money by Amazon.Now, the pen is very sleek looking and writes very smoothly.I have the blue and it is beautiful. The best looking pen I've ever had. And I sort of collect pens. Fountain, roller,ball point.If you want to have a nice, sleek, smooth writing pen, and one that will impress, buy a Scrivener. Just keep an eye on it around the office or it might disappear. Happy writing.

My wife asked me to get her one of these beautiful Scriveiner pens for Christmas so she could use it to write daily journal entries. She really liked the blue color and I ordered it through Amazon. Upon inspecting the gift box when it arrived, I noticed that the label attached listed the color of the pen as blue, but when I opened the box to look inside, I found that the pen was red.I contacted customer support who responded quickly, and after a couple of email exchanges, they got us a blue replacement very, very fast. It didn't quite make it in time for Christmas, but nevertheless, my wife was pleased and so was I with the great no hassle, customer service they provided.
